Giving is Gratitude in Action
Each of you must give as you have made up your mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that by always having enough of everything, you may share abundantly in every good work.

Financial support of the local Church Community is part of every Christian’s Rule of Life. As Stewards of God’s gifts and blessings, we are called to be thankful and generous, prayerfully offering back to the Lord a portion of our resources as an expression of our gratitude and love.
Your financial stewardship helps St. Matthew’s to fulfill the Church’s Mission to reach out to others with God’s love. Your donations go beyond helping to meet the physical needs of the Church, and are prayerfully invested in programs and initiatives that help the St. Matthew’s Community to grow as Disciples Making Disciples:
- Outreach Programs into the Community
- Support and help to the poor, sick and needy
- Educational Programs for children, teenagers and adults
- Overseas and domestic Missions
- Training Christian leaders for more effective ministry
You may also designate a Special Gift for a specific area of need: Missions, Capital Improvement, Building & Grounds or Youth Ministry, for example.
We thank you for your support of the St. Matthew’s Church Community as we seek to Serve God and His People, and to reach out to those in any need, and who do not yet know the Love of God in Christ Jesus.
