Children and youth are a special part of life at St. Matthew's. Young people are welcome to participate in nearly every aspect of Worship here. They serve as acolytes, participate in Christmas pageants, sing in the choir, serve as lectors, and some of our teens help out with the nursery during the 10:00 am service.

Christian Education is important to us at all levels and we offer Sunday School classes from pre-kindergarden through High School level. The classes begin at 10:00 am and finish in time for the children to join their families for Communion.

We know it's often hard for the the very young to sit through services so we have available a supervised nursery during the 10:00 am service for those parents who wish to take advatange of it. There are toys for the children to play with while adult and teen volunteers keep an eye on them.
